Trench EW “Grets” 5ML
The new «Grets 5ML» automotive EW system is a tool for countering FPV UAVs operating in the frequency range of 350-700 MHz. It has five separate interference bands: 350-410 MHz, 400-460 MHz, 450-530 MHz, 500-580 MHz, 575-700 MHz, and can jam all these bands simultaneously.
The frequency bands of the «Grets 5ML» EW system:
- 350-410 MHz (collinear)
- 400-460 MHz (quadrifilar)
- 450-530 MHz (quadrifilar)
- 500-580 MHz (collinear)
- 575-700 MHz (collinear)
This is a perfect example of how modern and already proven technologies can work synergistically. Our collinear and quadrifilar antennas, tested in real conditions, have received numerous positive reviews for their efficiency and reliability.

HOW DIFFERENT TYPES OF ANTENNAS WORK

Collinear antennas — on a moving object (Fig. A). The drone falls into the zone of action of the EW device, during its movement, without being able to fly over the rolling stock. Provide a greater distance of propagation of the obstacle.

Dome-type antennas — on fixed positions (Fig. B). They have coverage OVER the object of protection at a better level, but have a smaller radius of action.
Control Elements
These are buttons on the body for supplying power and turning each interference band on or off separately or together.
The remote control allows you to turn the device on/off remotely (Fig. 3). Button “A” – turn the device on. Button “B” – turn the device off. Control elements (Fig. 2): four switches on the body.
“Power” Button – turns the power on/off.
Lower position – turns the device on; if the “Power” button indicator is lit, the device is powered and ready for use.
Upper position – turns the device off, the indicator is not lit.
“1” Button – turns the first interference band (350-410 MHz) on/off.
Lower position – turns on the first interference band (350-410 MHz); if the “1” button indicator is lit, the first band is active.
Upper position – turns it off, the indicator is not lit.
“2” Button – turns the second interference band (400-460 MHz) on/off.
Lower position – turns on the second interference band (400-460 MHz); if the “2” button indicator is lit, the second band is active.
Upper position – turns it off, the indicator is not lit.
“3” Button – turns the third interference band (450-530 MHz) on/off.
Lower position – turns on the third interference band (450-530 MHz); if the “3” button indicator is lit, the third band is active.
“4” Button – turns the fourth interference band (500-580 MHz) on/off.
Lower position – turns on the fourth interference band (500-580 MHz); if the “4” button indicator is lit, the fourth band is active.
“5” Button – turns the fifth interference band (575-700 MHz) on/off.
Lower position – turns on the fifth interference band (575-700 MHz); if the “5” button indicator is lit, the fifth band is active.
Upper position – turns it off, the indicator is not lit.
On standard models, pressing the buttons is accompanied by light indication, but in some versions, it may be absent.
